Nicholas 'Nico' Almontero, founder of brand new cutting edge fashion label Disciplined, had a vision: to defy the conventions of high street fashion by only producing highly limited edition clothing lines. Backed up by his previous experience working within retail management, visual merchandising and graphic design, Nico's endless ideas aim to offer an urban style that appeal to a mainstream market.

Each Disciplined hand-crafted garment yields a level of uniqueness rivaled only by that of small boutiques. Whether it is a hand-beaded T-shirt, a crystal-encrusted top or a retro T-dress, Disciplined always delivers designs for people seeking something a bit different.

All Disciplined garments are designed at our London head office and specially made in the Philippines. Disciplined is committed to ethical working practices, guaranteed by Nico's regular visits to the production centers, and to this end they offer training schemes and employment to smaller communities in provincial regions.
