I really want something but it says that you're out of stock. Will you be getting any more in soon?

The short answer to that, is no. Every Disciplined garment is a limited edition product, so when they're gone, they're gone. The good news is that our designer is always coming up with funky new ideas, so if you missed out this time, fear not. He's got something new up his sleeve!

 

Have u got a catalogue that you can post to me?

We don't have a catalogue for two main reasons. The first is that Disciplined clothes are so sought after that, they would be gone before you received your catalogue! Instead, we've got everything on our fantastic website, www.be-disciplined.com. The second reason is we're an environmentally conscious firm and we feel that producing a catalogue wouldn't be environmentally friendly, so we're doing the planet a favour!

 

Do you have a shop?

We don't have a shop just yet, but there are a few things going on behind the scenes. Whenever we will have any news it will be posted on our website, www.be-disciplined.com.

 

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

At the moment we don't but we're working on plans to do so in the near future.

 

ORDERING

 

How do I start shopping?

Welcome to Disciplined! Before you can buy things from our site, you will need a PayPal account. If you do not have one, click here, to set one up. It is one of the safest and easiest ways to make online purchases. All the items you see are available to buy online. You will be able to see what available sizes and colours we have. Simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the size or colour required and click "Add To Cart". You can then go back and add additional items to your cart or proceed to "checkout".

 

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment, we can only accept payments by PayPal. We use PayPal because it is the safest, easiest way to pay for goods online.

 

What currency do you accept?

All our prices are displayed in GBP (£) and we charge in GBP (£). If you would like to know how much you will pay in your local currency, it is recommended that you visit a financial institution for an up to date exchange rate.

 

Do I need to register an account with you?

No. Because we use PayPal to process our transactions, you only need to create an account with them. If you don't have one, you can click here to create one.

 

I've never bought anything online because I'm worried about fraud. How safe is your site?

We only use the PayPal service to process our online sales. It is one of the safest and most convenient ways to make online purchases. The PayPal service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information.

 

Can I only buy things online?

Yes. At the moment this is your only way of buying fantastic Disciplined products! Using our site to buy our clothes is one of the safest and easiest ways of buying the latest fashions.

 

Can I change my order?

Once you have placed your order you only have 24hours to make amendments because we process everything immediately. If you have changed your mind, you must email sales@be-disciplined.com with your PayPal confirmation number and the amendments to your order. If your order has been dispatched it will be impossible for us to cancel and you will be liable for all costs.

 

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. It is possible to cancel an order you have made with us, but you only have 24hours to do it. This is because we process all our orders immediately. You must email sales@be-disciplined.com with your PayPal confirmation number. If your order has already been dispatched it will be impossible for us to cancel and you will be liable for all costs.

 

 

Will I get a confirmation email from you?

PayPal will email you whenever there is money involved, whether it be a sale or a refund. They will email you an invoice confirming that your order has been accepted. If you have checked your inbox and there doesn't seem to be anything, check your junk mail box.

 

My payment was declined! Why did this happen?

If your payment was declined, we suggest that you contact PayPal, as they are the company handling our online purchases. There may be a dispute with your account which they will be able to assist you with.

 

When will the money be taken?

Once you have decided which of our fantastic hand crafted garments you want to buy, PayPal will instantly take the money straight from your designated account.

 

Can I track my order?

At the moment we do not have a way of tracking your order, however all orders are processed and shipped within 24hours. We recommend that you allow between 2 and 3 working days for delivery, however, if in that time you still have not received your goods, email sales@be-disciplined.com with your PayPal invoice number and we will contact the delivery service and update you as and when we have information.

 

DELIVERY

 

What is your delivery policy?

Well we only send out our products via recorded delivery, which naturally costs more then standard postage, but is more secure as it can be tracked and must be signed for. You should also be aware that we make no profit from postage and packing. It's an external cost that is fixed by Royal Mail. All our orders are shipped for the fastest possible delivery times.

 

Where can you deliver my things?

At the moment, we will only be delivering to the United Kingdom. Unfortunately this does not include Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands.

 

Does this mean you can't send things internationally?

At the moment we can't but we are working on a service. Watch this space!

 

How much do I have to pay for my delivery?

The amount you will pay will depend on the size and weight of your order. Larger orders will require more packaging and will weigh more and therefore will cost more to ship.

 

What happens if I'm not home when my things arrive? Will they get sent back?

If there is nobody at the delivery address to accept the parcel, Royal Mail will leave contact details and instructions on how you should go about receiving your goods.

 

Can someone else sign for me?

Yes, it is perfectly acceptable for someone else at the delivery address to sign on your behalf, but it will mean that the goods have been accepted.

 

Can I save some time and money and pick up my purchases directly from head office?

We're afraid you can't do that! Due to a security issue none of our stock is kept here. It is held in a secure location, the details of which are secret.

 

RETURNS

 

How do I return an item for a refund?

We hope that you enjoy your Disciplined purchase, but we know that sometimes things aren't quite right, but that's ok. If you want to return an item for a refund it's very simple.

 

If your are not satisfied with anything you have bought, you;

Must return it in the original packaging, unworn and with all the labels attached. This must be done within 14 days of purchase. The products must be returned to our head office at 232 Carr Road, Northolt, Middlesex, UB5 4RQ. You must pay for your own postage and packaging, which is non-refundable. We recommend that you use recorded delivery.

 

You must then send us an email returns@be-disciplined.com

Your email must contain;

1.    Original purchase reference, which can be found on your PayPal receipt/invoice.

2.    A brief description of what is wrong with your purchase.

 

How do I exchange an item?

We hope that you enjoy your Disciplined purchase, but we know that sometimes things aren't quite right, but that's ok. If you want to exchange an item it's very simple.

How will I know that you have received the items I am returning?

We recommend that you send anything back to us via recorded delivery. Items sent in this way can usually be tracked so you will have peace of mind about where your package is.

 

Hang on a second. This is the wrong size! What should I do?

First of all don't panic. Just send the item back to us via recorded delivery and email us at returns@be-disciplined.com with your PayPal invoice number and correct sizes. If the mistake is an error on our part, we will refund your postage and packaging costs.

 

When will I receive my refund?

When we have received both your email and your package, we will authorise a refund via your PayPal account.

 

 

Why didn't I get my postage and packaging costs back?

Postage and packaging costs are not down to us and because we don't make a profit.
